The Battle for America Begins

The attack came without warning. March 12, 2038—the day the sky turned red. Fiery vessels streaked through the heavens, crashing into the heart of our cities. Cincinnati fell first, but its people fought back. Police, firefighters, armed civilians—they held the streets as long as they could. Then came the National Guard. Then came the U.S. Army. And then came war.
